The vast majority of his 24-year career work is with financial institutions with extensive experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail and technology industries. He has facilitated hundreds of trainings with managers and executives helping them become better communicators, influencers, coaches and leaders. Tony married his high school sweetheart and has two adult children.
As a Persuader, Tony is an enthusiastic team builder and loves to motivate and inspire others. He’s a confident decision maker, very understanding of others needs and motivators, and people oriented in general. He delegates easily and loves working with and through others to create solutions that make an impact.
Lindsey Ingram works in a Client Success Role, supporting the team and clients with system migration, software tools, product optimization and information sharing. She has an extensive background in program and implementation management, customer service and operational experience within the logistics industry. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to support the Wiseman Strategies staff and looks forward to engaging with and supporting our valued clients.

With over 14 years experience in executive search recruitment, Kelly has a unique perspective on the Predictive Index tools and their ability to optimize talent. She has worked with hiring teams of all kinds: clearly-defined, mature teams, as well as early stage startups just developing their hiring goals and related processes. In all instances, Kelly has taken great pride in providing exemplary service and insight to internal and external customers alike, and she looks forward to doing the same with the clients of Wiseman Strategies.

He brings extensive experience to the Wiseman Strategies team with his vast background in Learning & Organizational Development, Executive & Professional Coaching, HR Business Partnering, and over 20 years of operational leadership knowledge. Aside from ultramarathon running, skiing, and climbing mountains, Craig’s true superpower is building strong relationships and helping companies design and implement highly effective development and learning programs.
