The vast majority of his 24-year career work is with financial institutions with extensive experience in automotive, manufacturing, retail and technology industries. He has facilitated hundreds of trainings with managers and executives helping them become better communicators, influencers, coaches and leaders. Tony married his high school sweetheart and has two adult children.

Lindsey Ingram works in a Client Success Role, supporting the team and clients with system migration, software tools, product optimization and information sharing. She has an extensive background in program and implementation management, customer service and operational experience within the logistics industry. With true passion and engaging confidence, Craig helps companies create authentic programs that foster strong leaders and drives meaningful people programs.  He brings extensive experience to the Wiseman Strategies team with his vast background in Learning & Organizational Development, Executive & Professional Coaching, HR Business Partnering, and over 20 years of operational leadership knowledge.  Aside from ultramarathon running, skiing, and climbing mountains, Craig’s true superpower is building strong relationships and helping companies design and implement highly effective development and learning programs.
